Frequently Asked Questions

Will extensions damage  my hair?

The only time extensions are damaging is when they are installed incorrectly, removed incorrectly, or not taken care of or maintained properly at home. During your appointment, we will walk through home care and maintenance to be sure that you are set up for success to be able to get the most longevity out of your extensions.

How long does the hair last?

The hair can last up to 12 months, as long as they are taken care of and maintained properly at home with proper products to help you get the most out of your investment. 

Are you certified?

I am certified with various companies and methods of installation including Bellami, SKW, and Invisible Bead Extensions. 

How much do extensions cost? 

Extension services can range anywhere from $400-$2000. The final price of your service will vary greatly based upon the desired result and amount of hair and rows needed. Exact cost will be determined during an in person consultation.

How often do I have to come in for maintenance?

To prevent damage and excess pulling and tugging on your natural hair, it's recommend to come in for a move up and reinstall every 6-8 weeks

Will my hair be super long?

Only if you want it to be! I offer lengths ranging from 10 to 26 inches. It all depends on how long your natural hair is, and the length you are wanting to achieve. During your consultation, I show you different lengths to see exactly where they will fall on your body. 

Classic Beaded Row Installation
 

  • Best for those with a  medium to thick density.

  • Beads are not hidden.

  • Quicker installation time.

  • One "mini move up" allowed in between reinstalls.

  • Move ups every 6 weeks.

  • Pricing is $90 per row.

  • One row needed for volume only.

  • 2-3 rows needed for both length and volume.

Hidden Beaded Row Instllation

  • Good for all hair types and densities.

  • Less bulk.

  • Beads are completely hidden.

  • Offers a more flexible foundation for more comfort.

  • Must be completely taken out and reinstalled at each move up.

  • Move ups every 8 weeks.

  • Pricing is $120 per row.

  • One row needed for volume only.

  • 2-3 rows needed for both length and volume.
